233213 工料测量师 Quantity surveyor 申请人需要具有工料测量（Quantity Surveying） 或建筑管理及经济学（Construction Management and Economics）专业本科或以上学位。

澳洲 AIQS 工料测量师职业评估分为三大类别（Pathway 1, Pathway 2, Pathway 3）：

• Pathway 1 属于在澳洲完成 AIQS 认可专业的申请人，不需要相关工作经验和雅思成绩。
• Pathway 2 属于在澳洲完成了非 AIQS 认可专业的申请人，需要毕业后有2年相关工作经验。

AIQS 英语要求 - fcgvisa：

境外 AIQS 职业评估申请人（一般指 Pathway 3 类别），提交时需要A、G类雅思4个6的成绩（也就是 Competent 级别，2016年起已经认可PTE-A,TOFEL-iBT，CAE等成绩），2年之内获得。

境外申请人如果是加新爱英美护照持有者、获得澳洲学士学位者或者在澳洲完成工料测量/建筑管理及经济学硕士学历（post-graduate qualification）的，可以免除语言要求。

Overseas trained applicants must submit a Department of Immigration approved English Language Test with their application.

AIQS Pathway 3 工料测量师职业评估材料清单-飞出国

1. 申请表： 完整填写；
2. 申请费： 650澳币；支持的信用卡类型：Master, Visa, American Express, Diners Club；
3. 学位学历公证件： 本科毕业证，本科学位证，硕士毕业证，硕士学位证公证件;
4. 成绩单公证件： 本科成绩单，硕士成绩单公证件；
5. 推荐信原件： 需要提前找好推荐人（推荐人要求见下方），推荐信中要包含推荐人姓名，学历/勋衔，职位，公司，工作电话/手机，邮箱，简单陈述如何认识申请人。以及工作起止时间，薪资，工作小时数，职位，公司名称。推荐信需彩色打印到公司信头纸上推荐人签字；公司盖章不必须；
6. 简历；
7. 雅思成绩单公证件： 提供申请前两年内考出的雅思成绩单公证件 （A类或G类 四个六）；
8. 当前护照公证件： 提供当前护照的公证件。

上述大部分资料都由飞出国准备，申请人只需要提供基础素材和基本支持，推荐信是 AIQS 材料准备里与其他评估机构要求区别最大的。

Australian qualification

Australian applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate Degree in quantity surveying or allied profession; in a course recognised by the CRICOS.

Skilled employment

Applicants must have at least two (2) years full time experience in quantity surveying since achieving their Quantity Surveying/Construction Management and Economics qualification and must be able to provide evidence of this.

Evidence of skilled employment must be demonstrated via a written reference, on corporate letterhead from the applicants’ supervisor. It must outline the role/main duties undertaken whilst under their supervision, and the dates of this work must be clearly specified.

The supervisor must include their qualifications and post-nominals beneath their signature. Contact details for the supervisor must be provided, in the event that the assessment officer requires further clarification.

An appropriate supervisor for the purposes of your application should meet one of the following criteria:

• An employer that is practicing and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor who has studied and graduated from a minimum of 3 years full time in an allied discipline;
• a practising Quantity Surveyor recognised as a corporate member of the AIQS or other body formally recognised by the Institute;
• a practising Quantity Surveyor that is registered to practice by the governing body or professional association in the country of residence; or
• a practising Quantity Surveyor that gained their construction related qualification/degree (minimum of 3 year full-time) in Australia.

Pathway 3 – Overseas Qualified Applicants with Minimum Two Years of Employment

Overseas qualification - flyabroad

Overseas applicants must hold an approved Bachelor’s Degree or comparable in the discipline of Quantity Surveying/Construction Management & Economics, or a post-graduate qualification in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management & Economics, regardless of the undergraduate qualification held.

An approved qualification is one that denotes comparability to a Bachelor’s Degree obtained in Australia. Whether a degree is recognised as comparable to a Bachelor’s Degree in Australia is assessed in conjunction with the Australia Government Country Education Profile.

FCG: I work as a Quantity Surveyor but hold a degree in an allied discipline (such as Civil Engineering), is my degree eligible for skilled migration assessment?

AIQS: The qualification requirement in Section 7.1 of our AIQS-Skilled-Migration-Assessment-Policy states that applicants must have a degree in “Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and Economics”. The interpretation of “Quantity Surveying” is defined in Section 2 of our AIQS-Skilled-Migration-Assessment-Policy-20161121. Therefore, applicants with degrees in allied disciplines may be considered for skilled migration assessment. Please note that, upon application, our Assessors will conduct a further assessment of qualifications based on your degree and related transcript documents. Assessment of your skilled employment will also be conducted.

Academic Transcripts - AIQS - flyabroad

An academic transcript is a document issued to you, in your name, by your educational institution outlining the subjects studied in your qualification course, years studied and often your results in each subject. Our assessors would like to see the subjects studied in your course so please provide transcripts for each year of the course.

In regard to Transcripts or Statements of Marks, the documents provided need to meet the following criteria:

• Be on University letterhead
• Clearly state subjects studied
• Clearly state semester each subject was studied
• Clearly state the course in which the subjects were studied

Qualification/Degree means having undertaken theoretical study and been awarded a degree by an accepted educational body having undertaken the equivalent of a three year full time course.

Tertiary Course Guide means the tertiary course guide published annually by the institute setting out details of university courses accredited or recognised by the Institute.

AIQS 英语要求 - flyabroad：

AIQS 对推荐信及推荐人要求如下，飞出国会帮助完成推荐信细节。

Do you have an example of a reference letter?

We do not provide an example. However, the reference letter should follow the format below:

• References must be written by a Quantity Surveyor who has supervised your work.
• Be on company letterhead (if the Supervisor writing your reference has moved to another organisation, they may use the letterhead of the company they now work for and in the letter state the name of the company at which they worked with you).
• Letter must be dated (include the date the letter was signed).
• Written references must outline your role and the main duties performed in this role.
• Include specified commencement and end dates of your role with the organisation.
• Contact details for your references need to be included.
• Include the qualifications and post nominals of the person signing the reference (e.g. BSc QS if has a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or MRICS if is a member of RICS etc.).

Please note that we do not need to sight your referee’s qualifications. We would simply like them to include their qualifications and post nominals under their signature.

What do you consider an appropriate supervisor?

An appropriate supervisor (not a professional or HR Manager) and your supervisor must meet one of the following criteria:

• Employer that is practicing and qualified as a Quantity Surveyor who has studied and graduated from a minimum of 3 years full time in an allied discipline;
• A Practising Quantity Surveyor recognised as a Corporate Member of the AIQS or other body formally recognised by the Institute;
• A Practising Quantity Surveyor that is registered to practice by the governing body or professional association in the country of residence; or
• A Practising Quantity Surveyor that gained their Construction related qualification/degree (minimum of 3 year full-time) in Australia

AIQS 申请流程及费用 - 飞出国

AIQS 当前还是纸质递交，申请表见后面附件。AIQS 评估周期大概2个月（资料收到5天内会有电子邮件确认信），期间根据情况可能有补料信，完成前会发完成通知信，最终AIQS 电子评估函通过电子邮件发出。AIQS 233213 职业评估有效期 2年，2年内可以通过 re-assessment 更新评估函，评估结果出来3个月内可以申请 Appeal。
