AINP-the Employer Driver Stream- Skilled Worker criteria 熟练工人，雇主需要满足如下条件：

  1. 公司合法，在阿省有具体的工厂或营业场所，具有一定的生产能力；

  2. 能提供job offer

  3. 取得LMIA或者提供不用提供LMIALMIA exemption的证据，以证明自己有雇佣foreign worker的权利

  4. 证明职位紧缺性，以及自己为招聘加拿大公民或永久居民做出的努力。

job offer 要求

  • permanent, full-time employment in a skilled occupation （永久性、全职、在 skilled职业列表上）
  • meets Alberta’s employment and wage standards满足阿省雇佣和薪金标准
  • does not conflict with existing collective bargaining agreements不涉及劳动纠纷

skilled occupations：在NOC中的0、A、B类别中的职业.

  • NOC 0：管理类职业，一般要求大学学位 （university degree 本科、硕士或博士），或者专业职称
  • NOC A：一般要求大学教育 （university education）
  • NOC B：一般要求专科教育 （college education）

注：The Employer-Driven Stream不取代Temporary Foreign Worker Program

AINP-the Employer Driver Stream 雇主推动类 别，申请人需要满足如下条件：

  1. 在申请中清楚说明自己打算并且能够永久居住在阿省

  2. 满足职业要求（相关教育背景，培训和工作经历、阿省资格证书）

  3. 如已经在阿省工作，提供work permit复印件

  4. 如当前未在阿省工作，居住在海外，提供身份证明文件

  5. 从2013.09.13起，泥水匠、墙面工、室内装饰工 （Plasterers, Drywallers, and Upholsterers），以及从事服务、零售、 餐饮行业的经理/主管，都归属skilled worker ，需满足以上评估标准。

附加要求- 幼教人员和儿童保健人员 （Early Childhood Educators and Child Care Staff）

涉及到幼教人员和儿童保健人员，雇主和申请人需满足以下附加条件：

雇主：得到Alberta Association for the Accreditation of Early Learning and Care Services认证，或已经申请认证，允许出资。

申请人：

  1. 职业属于 NOC 4214，拿到了 work permit，当前居住在阿省

  2. 至少完成高中教育（ high school education）

  3. 经 Alberta Human Services – Child Care Staff Certification Office认证，属于Child Development Worker (Level 2) 或者 Child Development Supervisor (Level 3)

  4. 申请AINP前，在阿省preaccredited 或认证的daycare program or family day home agency工作至少6个月。

注：Preference will be given to Candidates who have completed a first aid course.
优先处理修完急救课程的申请

Who is not eligible?- 谁不能进行此类申请

  1. 在阿省从事 Compulsory or Optional Trade 的主管、工头和零售商(Supervisors, foremen and tradespeople, 包括Chefs, Cooks, and Line Cooks)

  2. 牧师、小学和中学教师、职业运动员、Dental Laboratory Bench Workers

  3. 难民、卷入联邦上诉或撤诉的人

  4. 当前居住在加拿大的住家保姆(Live-in Caregivers)

  5. 工作、居住均不在阿省的临时海外工人

  6. 加拿大在读国际学生，且正在进行合作实习(co-op work placements)或一般实习(intership)
