- 通常需要完成三到四年的学徒计划或三年以上的行业工作经验才有资格获得行业认证 / Completion of a three- to four-year apprenticeship program or over three years of work experience in the trade is usually required to be eligible for trade certification.
- 油漆工和装饰工的贸易认证在魁北克是强制性的，但在所有其他省份和地区是自愿的 / Trade certification for painters and decorators is compulsory in Quebec and available, but voluntary, in all other provinces and the territories.
- 成功完成省际红印章考试后，合格的油漆工和装饰师也可以获得红印章背书 / Red Seal endorsement is also available to qualified painters and decorators upon successful completion of the interprovincial Red Seal examination.
