HCP邀请分
安省EE技能优先类别（Human Capital Priorities stream， HCP）项目是高分到低分邀请。2023年，针对IT类职业的Tech Draw 邀请，最低分为CRS 458分。针对医疗保健类的职业Health Draw 最低邀请分为CRS 350分。
什么样的申请人可以达到CRS 350分呢?
年龄32、硕士及以上学历、至少3年工作经验、雅思听说读写7、6、7、6，配有本科学历，雅思5分，那么打分就在350分左右（申请人的年龄、是否单身、配偶是否随同、以及配偶的雅思和学历都会影响申请人的分数）。年龄大一些的申请人，想要显著提分，可以刷雅思高分，如果听说读写8777那分数会更有竞争力。
对于IT类职业的申请人，需要雅思听说读写8777，如果分数达不到邀请分，可以申请LMIA，通过LMIA加额外的50分来达到邀请分。这种途径和传统的雇主担保项目相比，性价比更高。

在移民过程中是否需要做职业认证或获得从业执照？
医护类的很多职业在移民的时候是要先获得执照的，但是在安省的技术移民中，医护类职业在移民的时候是不需要执照的，满足基本分数就会被邀请，就可以通过该项目移民。拿到PR之后如果还打算继续从事相关专业的工作，要在安省的相关机构进行认证就可以。
对于英语好的年轻医生来说，这是移民加拿大的最好途径，快捷且花费又少，被邀请后一年以内拿PR，持PR入境加拿大。
对于有可能达到邀请分的申请人来说，还是建议努力拼一拼雅思，不错过机会。
