NSLMP基本Eligibility：

  1. EE快速通道系统中收到Letter of Interest意向邀请；
  2. 收到意向邀请的30天内递交省提名申请；
  3. 满足EE快速通道基本要求；
  4. 定居资金充足；
  5. 当前国家居住身份合法；
  6. 满足意向邀请特定条件；（每轮特定条件不同）
  7. 满足EE快速通道要求，持有EE号码。

ELIGIBILITY

To apply you must:

  • receive a Letter of Interest from the Nova Scotia Nominee Program within the Express Entry system;
  • submit your application within 30 calendar days of the date on which your letter of interest was issued;
  • meet the minimum work experience requirements of the Express Entry stream for which you have qualified;
  • demonstrate sufficient funds to successfully establish yourself and your family in Nova Scotia and to pay your immigration costs and travel expenses;
  • have legal status in your current country of residence;
  • meet eligibility criteria in place at the time you are issued a Letter of Interest; and
  • have a valid Express Entry number and meet all IRCC criteria for the Express Entry pool.

2021年NSLMP类别第1轮邀请-NOC1114其他财务人员

申请人需要满足项目基本Eligibility，
此外，还需满足本轮特定条件：

  1. NOC1114其他财务人员；
  2. 4年相关工作经验；
  3. 英语/法语CLB9；
  4. 三年以上大专学历；

NOC1114常见的职业如理财规划师，银行客户经理，信贷审裁员，金融调查员，抵押贷款经纪人，受雇于银行，信托公司，投资公司，政府等金融机构或者金融相关从业人员，是相对热门和大众的职业，该职业也曾经是新省无雇主类别省提名紧缺职业。

CLB9对于多数申请人是障碍，作为新年第一轮邀请，并不像之前邀请其他热门职业一样增加总分限制，相对来说邀请条件已经比较友好了。

CRITERIA FOR THE JANUARY 19, 2021, DRAW FOR OHER FINANICAL OFFICERS ARE AS FOLLOWS. CANDIDATES MUST:
• Have a primary occupation of other financial officer (NOC 1114)
• Provide letters of reference from employers, as outlined in the application guide, to demonstrate that they have 4 or more years of experience in NOC 1114.
• Have a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 9 or higher in English in all language abilities as demonstrated by providing results from a language test approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.*
• Hold a bachelor’s degree OR have completed a program of three or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute.*
• apply no later than 11:59 p.m., Feb. 18, 2021.

  • You must include copies of language tests and proof of education to meet a bachelor’s degree or higher with your application. Proof of education must include an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report issued by an organization designated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada if your educational credential was obtained outside of Canada.

#2 2021年新省省提名NSLMP类别第二轮邀请

飞出国：加拿大时间2021年3月29日，NS省劳动力市场优先类别Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities发出新一轮邀请，本轮邀请在EE候选池中筛选符合以下条件的申请人：

  • 法语为第一语言并且听说读写达到CLB 9或以上水平；
  • 英语为第二语言并且听说读写达到CLB 7或以上水平；
  • 本科以上学历或在大学、学院、技工学校或其他高等教育机构完成三年或以上学习。

CRITERIA FOR THE MARCH 29, 2021, DRAW ARE AS FOLLOWS. CANDIDATES MUST:

  • Have selected French as their first official language and have a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 9 or higher in French in all language abilities.
  • Have English as a second official language with a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 7 or higher in English in all language abilities.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree OR have completed a program of three or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute.
  • Include copies of both language tests and proof of education with your application.
  • Apply no later than 11:59 p.m., May 7, 2021.

距离NSLMP类别上轮发邀请，已间隔半年多，2021年，该类别并不像去年邀请频繁，临近年末，2021年10月7日，NSLMP连发两次邀请。

2021年NSLMP类别第3轮邀请-Job Offer类别

申请人需要满足项目基本Eligibility，
此外，还需满足本轮特定条件：

  • 持有NS雇主Job offer。offer有效期需要在拿到PR永居身份后一年内有效；
  • 至少1年相关工作经验；
  • 至少高中以上学历；
  • 英语CLB5；
  • 2021年11月6日，11:59PM之前递交省提名申请。

提交的文件需要包括：

  • 雅思成绩；
  • 学历相关文件；
  • 涵盖以下信息的 job offer（工作岗位，工作职责，NOC代码，年薪，工作时长，offer有效期，工作地址，该职位是否有工会。如果有，请附上一封工会同意的信函。）

CRITERIA FOR THE OCTOBER 7, 2021, JOB OFFER DRAW ARE AS FOLLOWS. CANDIDATES MUST:

  • have a job offer from a Nova Scotia employer for full-time skilled work in Nova Scotia that lasts at least one year after your permanent resident visa is issued (full-time means working year-round and at least 30 hours a week);
  • have 1 year of skilled work experience related to the job;
  • have a Canadian high school credential or equivalent;
  • prove language ability in English at Canadian Language Benchmark 5; and
    apply no later than 11:59 p.m., November 6, 2021.

Documents you must provide with your application include:

  • Copies of language tests
  • Proof of education
  • A job offer showing the following:
  • Title and duties of the position related to the job offer
  • Position NOC Code
  • Annual salary
  • Number of weekly hours
  • Duration of job offer
  • Address where you will work
  • Whether the position is unionized. If yes, attach a letter indicating union concurrence.

2021年NSLMP类别第4轮邀请-NOC7271木匠

申请人需要满足项目基本Eligibility，
此外，还需满足本轮特定条件：

  • 职业为NOC7271木匠；
  • 至少2年相关工作经验，且能够提供工作推荐信；
  • 英语CLB5；
  • 2021年11月6日，11:59PM之前递交省提名申请。

CRITERIA FOR THE OCTOBER 7, 2021, CARPENTER DRAW ARE AS FOLLOWS. CANDIDATES MUST:

  • Have a primary occupation of carpenter (NOC 7271)
  • Provide letters of reference from employers, as outlined in the application guide, to demonstrate that they have two or more years of skilled trades experience as a carpenter. (Self-employed individuals must provide documentation from 3rd parties indicating the service provided along with payment details. Self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable evidence of work experience.)
  • Have a Canadian Language Benchmark score of 5 or higher in English in all language abilities as demonstrated by providing your results from a language test approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
  • apply no later than 11:59 p.m., Nov. 6, 2021.
