飞出国：由于要引入新的491签证，澳洲移民局DIBP早前发出通知将于2019年11月16日起停止接收489偏远地区担保类别签证申请。因此，2019年9月10日为各个州发出489偏远地区担保邀请的最后一天，且从该日起不能再递交489偏远地区担保的EOI，2019年11月15日为申请人递交489偏远地区担保类别签证申请的最后一天。
With the introduction of the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa due to commence on 16 November 2019, the Skilled Regional (Provisional) (subclass 489) visa will be closed to new applications at 11:59 pm on 15 November 2019.
Important dates to note:
- 10 September 2019 —last day for intending migrants to receive an invitation to apply for the subclass 489. You can’t submit any EOIs in SkillSelect after this date.
- 15 November 2019 —last day for people who we have invited to apply for a subclass 489 visa to lodge a subclass 489 visa application
根据以上通知，近日维州VIC发布最新消息，从2019年9月5日期维州停止接收489申请，在此日期前已递交的申请继续审理，且在2019年9月10日前会审理完成发放邀请，在9月10日之后维州不能再发出489签证邀请，关于后续新的491签证的消息届时公布。
Following this announcement, Victoria’s Skilled & Business Migration Program (SBMP) will close to subclass 489 nominations on 5 September 2019 (11.59pm AEST) and will not be accepting any new subclass 489 nomination applications after this time. This will not affect applications already lodged with our office.
What this means for you:
- SBMP will finalise subclass 489 applications lodged on or before 5 September by 10 September 2019
- If your client receives an invitation to lodge a subclass 489 visa with the Department of Home Affairs, please lodge the visa within 60 days of invitation, as our program will be unable to issue you with another nomination from 10 September 2019.
