2019年7月22日起维多利亚商业移民188类重大变化盘点 - 飞出国
2019年7月澳大利亚维洲188类投资移民条件提高：
- 维州州政府担保188A类签证申请人的EOI打分一定要至少80分或以上（澳洲联邦要求是65分以上）。
- 维州州政府担保188A类签证申请人需要承诺在维州经营生意时需要至少雇佣一名或以上的全职员工；
- 维州州政府担保188A类签证申请人的生意如果涉及到出口，需要证明其出口的货品100%在维州加工生产；
- 维州州政府担保188B类签证申请人需要承诺在188B类签证持有期间额外追加50万澳币投资额，并在转888B签证前至少持有一年以上（连续12个月）；
- 维州州政府担保188B及188C类签证申请人需要证明有20万澳币移民安家资金。
移民要趁早！ 维州商业移民新政只针对2019年7月22日后递交维州188A和188B类州政府担保的人群，2019年7月22日前递交188A和188B维州州政府担保及已经获得担保、已经获得188签证的都不受影响！
VIC 188 类商业移民变化分析 - 飞出国
由于墨尔本得天独厚的优势（自然和人文环境）且维州商业移民政策的要求相对宽松（例如相比于新州）。因此维多利亚州（VIC）成为当下投资移民申请者最为青睐的目的地，这也是2019年7月维州突然提高商业移民门槛的主要原因。
对变化1分数的调整，实际上，维州188A的邀请分数经常达到100分，低于80分的申请人需要很久的排期。本次分数提高对实际申请人没有多少影响，只是7月22日达到及格线（65分）的申请人有参与的机会，722后连参与机会都没有了。提高门槛分数为的是减少VIC移民局无畏的工作量。同时，这个变化告诉我们，只有钱还不行，年龄，学历，语言，资产，经商经验等因素都影响申请人的申请可行性。
对变化2雇佣要求并没有限定雇员身份，给了申请人较大的灵活性，并没有增加太大的难度。
对变化3，要提前做好必要的商业及产品调查。
对于变化4和5对高净值人群不是问题。
飞出国注：现有的签证持有者以及2019年7月22日之前提交了州政府提名的申请人不受新政影响。
移民要趁早，即使有钱任性的商业移民也要趁早。
Important Changes to Victoria’s Business Innovation and Investment Program
From 22 July 2019, Victoria’s Skilled & Business Migration Program will remove the invitation process for all Business Innovation and Investor Program streams.
Updates to the minimum eligibility criteria for some visa subclasses will also be updated from 22 July 2019, including:
- A minimum Department of Home Affairs’ SkillSelect Points test of 80 will be required for all 188 Innovation stream applicants
- 188 Innovation nomination applicants must agree to employ at least one (1) full time employee in their main business
- Applicants proposing to engage in export activity must demonstrate that the business will export 100% Victorian manufactured products only
- 188 Investor applicants must agree to make a minimum additional investment of at least A$500,000 in Victoria during the provisional visa period. The investment must be held for no less than 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) Investor Stream nomination application
- 188 Investor and Significant Investor applicants will be required to have A$200,000 available for migration purposes (consistent with 188 Innovation stream requirements)
- Victoria’s Skilled & Business Migration Program will only accept visa nomination applications that meet these new criteria.
Please note that existing visa holders and applicants who have applied for nomination before 22 July 2019 will not be subject to these changes.
