今天澳洲移民局官网已经公布491签证的细节，包括申请条件，偏远地区定义，最新打分细则都已经公布出来，并显示将于明天（11月16日）正式生效。

和之前489签证一样，最新的491签证同样包括Main Applicant和Subsequent entrant类别，Subsequent entrant类别指的是已经持有491签证的申请人，如果需要增加配偶或者小孩，可以通过该类别申请拿到491签证

澳洲移民局官网已公布新划分为偏远地区的具体邮编-飞出国
- 飞出国昨天已经在 倒计时两天不到！澳洲491签证职业列表和偏远地区划分正式确定！ 中提到相关立法文件已经明确新偏远地区的定义及邮编，今天移民局官网已经公布出来，保持一致
- 移民局官网明确表示新偏远地区的划分适用于189，190以及491签证，且明确说明491偏远地区担保加分15分，满足澳洲学习的申请人如果是在新偏远地区的学校完成的，可以额外获得偏远地区学习的5分加分

- 对于在2019年11月16日之后准签的489偏远地区签证申请人将同样适用于新偏远地区划分，即11月16日之后拿到489偏远地区签证的申请人将可以去新偏远地区划分的城市居住和工作，但是还是无法享受Medicare，也不用满足三年收入要求转PR。

飞出国：此次打分表更新，主要涉及配偶加分项目，包括单身加10分，配偶有4个6雅思但无职评也可以加5分等。
