新省技术移民雇主担保类别 飞出国 2018
飞出国：NSNP Skilled Worker 类别必须要有雇主offer才能申请，当前不需要雇主offer的新省项目是 NSDEE 紧缺职业类别。
新省雇主担保类别对申请人要求-飞出国2018：
- 获得新省雇主全职长期工作offer
- 近5年内有1年相关工作经验，对 C ，D 类职业需要已经为NS雇主工作6个月
- 年龄 21-55 周岁
- 高中及以上学历
- 专业和职业对口
- 英语要求：0，A，B 职业 CLB 5，C，D 类职业 CLB 4
- 有足够的定居资金
新省雇主担保类别对雇主的要求-飞出国2018：
- 在 NS 注册并运营2年以上
- 申请 LMIA 或证明在境内进行过招聘努力：
- 在3个不同招聘平台进行过4周以上招聘
- 招聘广告内容要详细说明公司情况和岗位情况
- 招聘是在给雇员提供 job offer 前6个月进行的
证明这个雇主确实需要海外招聘且该雇员确实是雇主需要的人是雇主担保项目的核心。
Skilled Worker - Nova Scotia Nominee Program
The Skilled Worker stream helps employers recruit foreign workers and recently graduated international students whose skills are needed in Nova Scotia. An employer can only hire foreign workers for positions they have been unable to fill with permanent residents or Canadian citizens.
ELIGIBILITY - NSNP Skilled Worker - flyabroad
To apply you must:
- have a full-time permanent job offer from a Nova Scotia employer;
- have 1 year of work experience related to the job. (Semi-skilled and low-skilled workers must already have six months’ experience with the employer.);
- be 21 to 55 years old;
- have a high school diploma;
- have the appropriate training, skills and/or accreditation for the job;
- prove language ability equal to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 5 if you are a skilled worker. If your first language is English or French, that is enough proof. Semi-skilled and low-skilled workers must have test results to prove they meet CLB 4 even if their first language is English or French;
- show enough financial resources to successfully settle in Nova Scotia.
2018年7月5日，NSNP Skilled Worker 类别 更新申请指南，The When Not to Apply section has been updated and no longer excludes applicants who are:
- the spouse of an international student at a Canadian post-secondary institution who is not in his/her last academic year of studies.
其他不能申请 NSNP 的情况参考： 在读留学生及下列情况不能申请 NSNP 省提名项目 。
