SINP International Skilled Worker 国际技术工人类别技术移民分三类，其中雇主 offer 类别只需要 NOC 0，A，B 类职业就可以申请。而另外两类不需要萨省雇主 offer 的类别需要属于萨省紧缺职业才能申请，该紧缺职业清单可能随时变化。
2017 年 SINP In-Demand Occupation List 有 21 个紧缺职业，所有这些职业都不需要萨省当地注册和认证，专业相关就可以申请。
