申请条件 - 飞出国
- 在联邦EE池中有一个活跃的EE账号；
- 满足联邦技术移民、联邦技工移民或加拿大经验类移民其中之一的申请条件；
- EE申请的主要职业为紧缺职业，包括作为特定EE途径的一部分，或者被确定为与阿省经济、行业或职业优先事项相关；
- 表达有长期居住在阿尔伯塔省的意愿；
- CRS评分至少达到300分；
- 主要职业不在阿省机遇类别不合格职业列表之上；
- 提名职业在阿省有充足的配额；
- 既不是难民申请人，也不受联邦上诉或驱逐的影响；
- 没有其他AAIP类别的有效提名；
- 目前没有因为虚假陈述而被认定没有资格重新申请AAIP。
以下因素可能会增加申请人收到邀请的可能性：
- 持有阿省工作offer；
- 毕业于加拿大高等教育机构；
- 有住在阿省为加拿大公民或永久居民的亲属：父母、子女、兄弟或姐妹；
- 法语为第一语言；
- EE账号有效期多于5个月。
Tech职业快速途径
在阿省EE类别之下，如果申请人目前正在为符合条件的技术职业的阿省科技行业雇主工作或持有该类雇主提供的工作offer，则其申请有可能会被快速处理，申请人的职业必须在阿省科技行业试点职业列表之上。
