飞出国：下面是2017年7月28日后 SINP ， NSNP 和 OINP 三个项目的紧缺职业列表，不需要雇主 Offer 就可以申请的（OINP里ICT职业不需要EE里400分），这些职业的申请人可以选择加拿大省提名项目。其中，NSNP 2017年6月配额已满，OINP ICT 职业不需要400分就能申请的7月25日配额已满，只能先准备等机会。萨省紧缺职业是7月28日最新版，但工程师，IT和医护，技工等职业都需要萨省注册才可以申请，对没有注册要求的需要尽快准备抢配额。

另：2017年9月12日，NBPNP EE 类别开放13类职业的 LMS 类别申请，这些职业申请人如果在2015年9月1日后参加过 NB session 同时满足 NBPNP EE 类别基本申请条件的话就可以尽快提交申请了，因为这是临时开放，随时可能临时关闭。因此飞出国暂时没有将这个职业清单加入上述列表。
