魁北克官方现在已经明确这个问题了，如果是递交申请之前的魁北克停留可以补，但递交申请之后再去魁北克的就不算了。
见下面英文部分，魁北克官网已经做了修改，说明的更具体了，add new information on your stay in Québec “*before the submission date of your application” ，也就是之前去过魁北克，可以加分，提交申请时没写，审批前可以修改。魁北克移民部认为申请人为了加分而在递交申请后再去魁北克待两周没多大意义，可以理解。
Will I be able to modify my online application once it has been submitted?
After you submit your application, you will receive a message in your mailbox informing you of when it will be possible for you to modify your application online.
Upon receipt of this message, you will be able to:
- add or remove a spouse or dependent child;
- add new information on your stay in Québec before the submission date of your application;
- add one or more language tests;
- modify information on the members of your family residing in Québec.
- If you are informed that your application is not being processed, you can return to your account at any time to update your form.
根据前些年魁北克 GPI 手册里对原先纸质申请的魁北克加分邀请说明是递交申请前10年在魁省停留算加分。
