Business Migration to Queensland \ Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (subclass 188)
The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) is a state nominated provisional visa which is valid for four years.
It is a pathway to permanent residency, through the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888).
This visa has five streams:
Business Innovation Visa ([188A]): for people who want to own and manage a new or existing business in QueenslandBusiness Investor Visa (subclass [188B]): for people who want to make a designated investment in Queensland Treasury Corporation bonds and want to maintain business and investment activity in QueenslandSignificant Investor Visa ([188C]): for people who are willing to invest at least AUD$5million into complying investments.Premium Investor Visa ([188D]) is available at the invitation of the Australian government only with potential recipients nominated by Austrade.
