飞出国：BC PNP Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 要求申请人有 BC 全职的 NOC C，D level 雇主 offer，且已经为雇主工作9个月，最低语言要求是 CLB 4。
C 类职业是 NOC 代码里第二位是 4-5 的职业，D 类职业是 NOC 代码里第二位是 6-7 的职业。
- SKILL LEVEL C：职业需要中学和/或具体职业培训（ccupations usually require secondary school and/or occupation-specific training）。
- SKILL LEVEL D：通常需要在职培训（On-the-job training is usually provided for occupations）。

Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
If you are working in an entry-level or semi-skilled occupation in B.C., you may be eligible to apply under this category.
The following are mandatory requirements of the BC PNP’s Entry Level and Semi-Skilled category. You must:
- have accepted a full-time, indeterminate job offer from a B.C. employer in a specific occupation in tourism/hospitality, long-haul trucking, or in the food processing industry
- for the Northeast Development Region of B.C., you may apply in any occupation listed as skill level C or D in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Matrix
- have been working full-time for your employer for a minimum of 9 consecutive months prior to submitting your application to the BC PNP
- meet minimum language requirements
- meet minimum education requirements
- be qualified to perform the duties of the job offered to you
- demonstrate that you are able to support yourself (and your dependants)
- have legal immigration status in Canada
- be earning a wage that is competitive with B.C. wage rates for the occupation
