ACT 拒签原因总结

  • 不能拷贝广告到WORD中再存为PDF，而是把广告原文页面另存为PDF

  • 广告不符合要求或者链接失效

ACT对于补料的都是说不接受补料，同样的补料，有的申请人补料通过了，有的没有通过。

ACT 材料准备要点：

  • 招聘广告既拷贝到WORD，也要整个页面另存为PDF
  • 官方要求是5-8个招聘链接，但是我们建议提供多于5个的链接，这样即使里面有一两个拿不准的，那么也可以保证至少有5个是绝对符合的
  • 对于申请人的资格证书，虽然没有实质性的加分，但是在ACT匹配学历方面可能还有用，所以对于专业与提名职业不相关的申请人，可以让客户提供职业相关的培训或者资格证书作为辅助证明
  • 其他：工作地点是ACT，与提名职业相关（级别不能高也不能低），需要citizenship/security clearance的不行，招聘广告需要是递交时近6周发布的，需要结合申请人的学历，工作经验等去匹配说明怎么符合雇主的招聘要求
