From November 4 to December 15, 2015
- Intake of 3500 applications in print version sent by mail
Be sure to send a complete file. Follow the instructions on the page Official immigration application.
From January 18 to March 31, 2016
- Intake of 2800 applications submitted using the online tool
The tool allowing you to submit your application online will be accessible as of early 2016. More details will be announced shortly on our website.

How you submit your application has no bearing on how it will be processed or on the decision rendered by the Ministère. Processing times will be similar.
If the maximum number of applications in print version has been attained (3500 applications), can I submit an application online, and if so, will I be informed in time?
Yes, your application will be mailed back to you promptly and you will be able to apply online.
Can I send two applications to maximize the chances of my application being accepted?
No. The Ministère accepts only one application.

纸质给的时间是不到一个半月，在线给的时间是2个半月。可能一个月左右满。特殊情况是 peq 或有雇主的。
