Mon projet Québec accessible as of January 5, 2016
As of January 2016, anyone wishing to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (Québec selection certificate) under the Regular Skilled Worker Program must use the secure space Mon projet Québec.
The next application intake period will be from January 18 to March 31, 2016 with an intake of 2800 applications. Be ready!
Access Mon projet Québec as of January 5th so that you can start completing your online application!
Once you have created your account in the secure space, you will be able to:
- complete your application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec;
- make your payment online;
- follow the status of your application;
- make changes to your application, if necessary;
- access personal electronic messaging.

本科没学位不能按本科的加分，移民官能否根据硕士加受训分不确定性比较大，这种情况申请加拿大联邦和省提名不受影响。
法语版的表 有三张更新了，对应英文版的表有两张未更新，那未更新的英文表还能用么？谢谢
英文版的应该在1月5号前会更新。只要是官方发布的就可以用，没更新不是申请人的原因，没有要求必须用法文版。

1、关于学历学位证明，要怎样公证呢？要做清华认证吗？还是将学校的学历学位证书及成绩单的原件和复印件全部学校盖章即可？
2， 关于1月18日的网申，我自己提交就可以可吗，为什么始终都没有找到可以提交的窗口，是时间还没有到的原因吗？很担心准备了很久结果提交不了。。。。。

看起来纸质的申请表不需要了？官方FAQ里面这么说：
25. Is the information requested on the print version of the form identical to the information requested on the online application?
In general, the information requested in Mon projet Québec will be identical to the information requested on the print version of the form. What will differ is the way in which the questions are asked since the online application involves electronic functions.
从faq看，魁北克在线系统与EE类似。
有一点不明，我是否可以理解为：申请合格且被魁北克接受以后才会扣款，而如果不合格或者不接受就不会扣款呢？
请问楼主，是不是达到42分就可以先递交申请，然后再补上法语成绩呢？
一般是这么理解。
