请问推荐信是必须的吗？如果要求十年工作经验，这十年的工作分为两家公司，就必须要两家公司领导的推荐信？如果前家公司领导已经退休、联系不上了，请其他同事推荐可以吗？
你好，我想问下有关会计移民澳大利亚的事情。我是国内会计本科毕业，今年过去读商科硕士，如果要以会计身份移民的话，是否一定要考澳洲cpa？如果考完了ACCA是否可以通过职业评估，和雅思成绩就可以提交移民申请？
不需要靠澳洲cpa，只要课程符合要求就可以，按照当前政策，本科会计，再有acca可以通过职业评估。

ACS：
A Review application is in place to formally attention any disputed outcomes you may have with your skills assessment result or you wish to change your nominated occupation (ANZSCO) or include additional work experience or qualifications to update your results.
The review process for a disputed application involves the re-assessment of all your documentation by a Senior Skills Assessor with particular focus on the comments and reasons you provide regarding the dispute.
A Review application can only be submitted within 60 days after you have received your skills assessment result letter. After the 60 day period expires, a new application is required.
Reasons for a Review Application:
- You wish to be assessed under a different ANZSCO Code
- You wish to submit additional documentation not included in your original application to have your results updated – example: extra work experience or qualifications
- You wish to contest the result of your ACS skills assessment.
Important Note: Complaint emails sent to ACS personnel outside of the Skills Assessment department will not be accepted. Applicants will be advised to submit a review to attention all disputed result outcomes and contentions.
What is the purpose of an Appeal?
If you have had a suitable/unsuitable assessment within the last 60 days and you disagree with the outcome or content of the result letter, then you can appeal for the application to be re-examined by a Senior Assessor.

If you disagree with your skills assessment outcome, there are a few different options available. You can:
- request to have your assessment decision reviewed. Your application for a review of a negative outcome must be lodged within 90 days of the issuing of the original result letter.
- request a reassessment by nominating a different VETASSESS general occupation
- appeal the decision if your original and review applications were both unsuccessful

澳洲的ACS职业评估，本科国内软件工程专业，高度相关职业经验接近11年，评估结果扣减3年，这种情况有可能在不补充材料的情况下申请复议，要求对方重新计算扣减年限吗？有成功的先例吗？
会计评估关注的是你所学的课程，包括cpa，cga等考试里的内容是否涵盖了该评估机构评估该职业时的最低课程要求。本科或硕士专业里没有对应课程的可以通过cpa等考试来弥补。
近10年内扣2年剩8年干嘛还复议。
工作证明的截止时间是15年5月底，提交时间是6月初，ACS那边以6月份作为基数计算10年内工作年限，结果导致10年内工作年限总数只有7年11个月，还差1个月，这个结果能算作10年内8年工作经验吗？
不影响，递交ACS之后的工作经验都可以继续算作有效工作经验。
请问在大学以及暑期时候的internship可以算作合格的工作经验吗?
专科及本科期间的不算。
如果只有一年工作经验能被认可,那ACS再扣2年,是不是就拿不到职业评估了?
澳洲之外学历的话最少要有2年工作经验才有可能评估过ACS。
请问186直接申请pr中要求的3年工作经验,是由评估机构审核的还是由移民局审核的?是否需要扣除2年?
