问了英国大使馆，恢复的是只给持有英国护照的人开具certify true copy of degree, 这个该怎么处理呢？魁省需要这个可以用其他的代替吗？急。

学校或公证处啊。

The following authorities are recognized by the Ministère:

  • the issuer of the document
  • a government department
  • a local or regional administration (governorate, municipality, city hall, prefecture, sub-prefecture, wilaya, commune, borough)
  • a notary of the country issuing the document
