预约移民体检需要携带的材料 What to bring to the appointment-飞出国
- 根据移民局官方说明，预约移民体检一般需要携带以下材料，具体的可以在预约体检时和体检机构进行确认。
- 有效护照
- HAP ID
- 佩戴眼镜或者隐形眼镜，如有 your prescription spectacles or contact lenses, if you have any
- 对于身体状态的已有的体检报告 any existing specialist or other medical reports for known medical conditions
- 之前的X光检查结果 any previous chest x-rays
- 如果有在小儿麻痹症爆发的国家停留过28天，则需要提供小儿麻痹症疫苗接种证明 Bring your polio vaccination certificate to your appointment if you are applying from outside Australia and since 5 May 2014, you have you have spent 28 or more days in any country (or any combination of countries) where there is endemic or outbreak polio. If you don’t bring your certificate, we might ask you for it separately. This could delay your application.
- 如果当前没有有效护照，根据申请人所在地区不一样，需要提供的材料不一样
- 如果是在澳洲境内递交的签证申请，则可以询问签证官Case officer如何处理
- 如果是在澳洲境外递交的签证申请，则可以用以下证明替换护照进行体检
- 所在国家居民身份证以及经过当地澳洲签证中心认证的护照首页复印件 a National Identity Card and a photocopy of your passport photo page, certified by us or by an Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC)
- 体检信referral letter以及经过移民局或者当地澳洲签证中心认证的护照首页复印件 a referral letter listing your examinations and a copy of your passport photo page certified by us or an AVAC
- 体检信referral letter以及经过移民局签章的护照首页复印件 a referral letter listing your examinations and a photograph attached together with stamp/seal from us
- 体检信referral letter以及所在国家居民身份证 a National Identity Card and a referral letter listing your examinations
- 如果以上替换材料也提供不了，则需要联系签证官看如何处理
- 对于不随同移民的家庭成员，需要提供至少两种身份证明文件

电子体检处理系统 eMedical-飞出国
- 澳洲移民体检都是通过电子体检处理系统eMedical进行处理的。eMedical系统会保存所有由于澳洲签证申请已进行体检的申请人体检信息。移民体检医生和移民体检机构人员可以将体检结果，电子照片以及X光结果上传保存到eMedical，从而不需要提供纸质体检报告。上传至eMedical系统的体检报告可以很快被移民局收到，从而避免纸质体检报告导致的时间上的 耽搁。
- 申请人可以通过移民局官方链接查询不同国家的带有eMedical标志的体检医院
- 只要持有HAP ID就可以通过eMedical在线系统查询其体检结果是否已经上传以及何时上传给了移民局
4.如果当地体检医院不支持eMedical，则需要携带Form 26和Form 160
澳洲移民体检费用 Cost-飞出国
- 申请人需要自费体检过程中的一切费用，包括体检费，加查项目检查费，如有纸质报告邮寄的邮寄费。
- 如果是申请的难民或者人道主义类签证，则不需要支付体检费用。
- 体检费用一般和所在国家的常规综合体检的费用差不多，具体要看体检医院的收费标准
