457 可以不职业评估啊。

我叔叔是在国内工作的空调工，如果他想办457雇主担保visa，他不需要进行从TRA进行职业评估嘛？

VETASSESS advises changes to the 457 Skills Assessment Program following the China-Australia Free
Trade Agreement. From 20 December 2015, applicants with a passport from:

1. China and Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR), will no longer be required to have a
skills assessment in the following occupations:

  • Cabinetmaker [394111]
  • Carpenter [331212]
  • Carpenter and Joiner [331211]
  • Joiner [331213].

2. China, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR will no longer be required to have a skills assessment
in the following occupations:

  • Auto Electrician [321111]
  • Diesel Motor Mechanic [321212]
  • Electrician (General) [341111]
  • Electrician (Special Class) [341112]
  • Motor Mechanic (General) [321211].
