递交移民申请时合同、工资单等工作证明文件需要翻译成英文吗？
如果需要对翻译的机构有没有要求？一般找什么机构翻译？

所有非英文都需要翻译为英文。要求如下：
Translating documents into English
Documents in languages other than English, that you provide with your application must also be accompanied by an accurate English translation of each of those documents.
If you are applying for a visa outside Australia and you are having documents translated outside Australia, it is recommended that you use a translator who is professionally qualified.
If you are applying for a visa in Australia and you are having documents translated in Australia, it is recommended that you use a translator who has been accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translations and Interpreters (NAATI). Further information on NAATI is available from their website.
公证可以替代翻译。
Any person or agency recognised by the law of the country in which you live can certify documents. All our offices outside Australia have a person who can certify or witness documents. You might have to pay for this service.
Who can translate my documents into English for me?
Any document in a language other than English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
A translator in Australia must be accredited by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters.
A translator outside Australia does not need to be accredited, but they must endorse the translation with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated.
公证可以替代翻译的意思是指如果这些东西我到公证处做了公证就不需要翻译件了吗？还是说公证处能办翻译件？
公证里有英文翻译，不用再单独翻译。
是公证书的翻译，还是对原件的翻译？
做涉外公证，公证里都有对原件的翻译。
请教一个问题， 我的学历，学位，成绩单之类的文件以前在新西兰移民局指定的翻译机构（新西兰境内）已经翻译过了{翻译件上有翻译人名字， 地址，联系方式， 盖章等}，请问递交移民签证申请的时候是否还需要找国内的公证处翻译公证呢？谢谢！
