魁北克技术移民 20180802 起实施新受训列表，且对之前递交申请的同样进行追溯。该列表只介绍魁北克境外学历。
飞出国：对魁北克学历名词缩写的解释，我们客户主要以本科及以上学历为主，最低学历是专科，大部分学历不需要额外关心，有点概念即可。
- DCS: diploma of college studies - 一般指3年的专科学习(Vocational or technical education programs with a three-year duration leading to a diploma of college studies)
- ACS: Attestation of College Studies - 一般指1年的技术院校培训项目，主要针对成人技术培训
- DVS: Diploma of Vocational Studies - 完整的职业教育培训，600-1800课时
- AVS: Attestation of Vocational Specialization 属于短期的职业学习证明，300-1185小时
- PTC: Pre-work Training Certificate 职业前培训证书，2年
- TCST: Training Certificate for a Semi-skilled Trade， 初级技术工培训证书，1年

POINTS FOR THE AREA OF TRAINING CRITERION OF THE SELECTION GRID FOR QUALIFIED WORKERS
This list is drawn up by the Ministre de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion, pursuant to section 28 of the Act respecting immigration to Québec (2016, chapter 3), for the purpose of evaluating the ability of foreign nationals to contribute to Québec’s prosperity by settling in Québec.
This list comes into effect on August 2, 2018. It replaces all previous lists of areas of training.
魁北克境外学历（Foreign Degree）按分数也分为 Section A，B，C，D，E 五类，D 类下没有对应受训专业。飞出国会依次介绍 A，B，C，E（无加分） 四类受训领域专业清单和对应的学历。
List of training areas
The Training Areas List was updated on August 2, 2018 . This update applies to all selection requests submitted to the Minister, i ncluding those submitted before August 2, 2018 .
The List of Areas of Training assigns a differentiated score to fields of training according to whether they are sanctioned by a foreign diploma or a Quebec diploma (or equivalent) .

La Liste des domaines de formation a été mise à jour le 2 août 2018. Cette mise à jour s’applique à toutes les demandes de sélection présentées au ministre, y compris à celles présentées avant le 2 août 2018.
La Liste des domaines de formation (PDF, 343 Ko) attribue un pointage différencié aux domaines de formation selon qu’ils sont sanctionnés par un diplôme étranger ou par un diplôme du Québec (ou l’équivalent) .
