2018年7月1号,塔州官网已经与澳大利亚移民部要求的 EOI 65 分最低要求统一,at least 65 points on the Department of Home Affairs

另外可以申请塔州190的三大类别里塔州留学生已经修改为塔州2年学习才可以(这个是早就发布过的)。

Subclass 190 - Skilled Nominated Visa

Requirements

Category 1 – Tasmanian Graduate (2 years minimum study in Tasmania)

To be considered for this category you must meet all the following criteria.

  • Have completed and graduated from a CRICOS registered tertiary institution in Tasmania and met the Australian study requirement through study in Tasmania.
  • You and your dependants must currently be in Tasmania and can provide evidence of genuine commitment to continue to live in Tasmania (please refer to disclaimer at the bottom of this page for indicators as to how to meet this requirement).
  • Have lived in the state during your period of study (evidence of this needs to be provided).

Please note that internships, stipends, scholarships and volunteer positions are not considered employment for the purpose of this category.

If you do not meet the abovementioned requirements, you may still be eligible for state nomination of a Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489).

OR

Category 2 – Working in Tasmania

To be considered for this category, you must meet all of the following criteria.

  • You must have been working in Tasmania for six months immediately prior to your application for state nomination. Your employment needs to:

  • Your employer must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months and there needs to be a genuine need for your position within the business.

    • be in your nominated occupation
    • be at least 35 hours per week in one full-time job or in two or more part-time jobs and you are able to provide evidence of your employment claims (see Document Checklist – Employment for more details)
  • You and your dependants must currently be living in Tasmania and can provide evidence of genuine commitment to continue to live in Tasmania (please refer to disclaimer at the bottom of this page for indicators as to how to meet this requirement).

OR

Category 3 – Overseas applicant (job offer)

To be considered for this category, you must be living overseas and meet all of the following criteria.

  • You must have received a formal job offer for a job that is based in Tasmania that is in your nominated occupation

  • You, or any of your dependants have not lived in another Australian state or territory within the last twelve months

  • You will need to be able to provide evidence of your employment claims (see Document Checklist for more details).

    • Your employer must have been actively operating their business in Tasmania for the past 12 months. There needs to be a genuine need for your position within the business. This may be satisfied if there is:

      • an existing, current and genuine need for your position within the business
      • an ongoing need for your position and the capacity for the business to sustain the nominated position.

If you have not secured employment in Tasmania, you may still be eligible to apply for the Subclass 489 – Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa

  • the demand for your particular skills and expertise, and your ability to find work in Tasmania
  • the suitability and transferability of your qualifications, skills and experience – including any specialist capabilities - to the needs of Tasmania’s labour market
  • your ability and commitment to establishing yourself, and any dependants, in Tasmania with a view to your prospects for long-term settlement in the state
  • number of points claimed in the points test
  • level of English language competency
  • genuineness and accuracy of claims put forward in your application.
