情况是这样的，我之前跟中介签了一年的合同，约定如果一年没有获邀可以退款，并通过中介提交了EE申请，账号密码和注册邮箱我都不知道，当时也没想那么多。现在一年过去了，我要求退款但是中介表示不能给我EE账号，所以想问下大神我能否自己再另外注册一个账户提交一份申请，申请的大部分信息跟之前那个应该是一样的，不知道会有什么影响。
jobbank，清华认证和WES已经做了，而且由于需要我来支付，当初都是我自己注册的。
另：我了解到澳大利亚的EOI是可以提交多份的，但是一直没查到EE的信息，求答疑。
可以自己另外注册一个账户和Job Bank; 只是后面移民局会发通知让放弃另外一个。
以下是Job Bank 发来的邮件原文， 一个EE对应一个Job Bank, Job Bank不能有2个， 由此EE也不能有2个
We have determined that you have multiple accounts on Job Bank’s Job Match service. You are permitted to have only one account. Job Bank has deactivated all your Job Match profiles within your accounts.
This does not affect your status in the Express Entry Pool.
To continue using Job Bank’s Job Match service, you must activate the Job Match profile within the account you wish to keep: to do so, sign in to one account, and click on the “Activate Profile” button located at the top right under “Status”.
