双学历加分介于有硕士按硕士加分和本科（3年专科）加分之间。

我的本科在国内读的，硕士在美国，看到一些人的经验帖，只需要WES审最高学历就可以。但 CRS – C. Skill transferability factors - Education 中需要两个学历并且其中有一个是3年或以上才可以加25分，那么国内的本科学历还是要WES认证？
