加拿大转学或换专业Changing your school or program

飞出国：加拿大境内可以从一所 DLI 院校转学到另外一所 DLI 院校，不需要重新申请学习许可。2014年6月后申请的学习许可，学习中专以上课程的转学或换专业需要通知移民局，中小学转学不需要通知移民局。

在申请换学校或专业之前， 申请人必须满足study permit的所有条件。这意味着

• enrolled at a designated learning institution (DLI) and已经在指定学习机构注册
• actively studying while you’re in Canada正在加拿大学习

这些情况必须联系移民局：

• are a post-secondary student changing schools 在大专或以上院校就读的学生更换学校
• have a co-op work permit and you’ve changed post-secondary schools to another co-op program or 持有实习工签，更换大专或以上院校到另一个需要实习的专业，或者
• need to change conditions on your study permit需要更改学习许可上的条件

如果更换学校没有告知移民局：

原学校会报告移民局该学生没有注册入学， 如果发生这样的状况:

• 该学生就违背了学习许可上的condition
• 该学生有可能被要求离境
• 这也许会影响该学生以后入境加拿大， 比如，以后申请学习或工作许可无法获批。

在加拿大境外更换指定学习机构Changing your DLI if you’re outside Canada

在入境加拿大前更换了指定学习机构而没有通知移民局的，将无法登机。

如果study permit 申请仍在审理中，可以通过IRCC web form告知移民局更换了DLI，并提交新的录取通知书；如果study permit申请已获批，更换DLI， 必须提交新的study permit申请和新的录取通知书。

进入下一个教育阶段 Moving to the next education level

如果您的学习许可仍然有效，并且您在学校级别之间移动，则无需更改或申请新的许可。 这可能是：

• 小学到高中
• 高中到大专/大学
• 大专/大学到高中或
• 学校级别之间的任何其他变动

如果您的学习许可即将到期，您需要申请延期。

如果您打算转学，那么您计划更换的学校也必须是DLI。 每次更换更换大专/大学学校，都需要通知移民局，在MyCIC account里面可以更改DLI, 这项服务是免费的。

You don’t need to apply to change your study permit if you are changing schools. 转学不需要重新申请学习许可。

Post-secondary studies包括：

• university 大学
• community college, CEGEP, institute 社区学院，魁省大专教育学院，研究学院
• private university, career college, academy, school or training institution and 私立大学、职业学院、学院、学校或培训机构和
• ESL/FSL and other language training 英语或法语或其他第二语言培训

如果转学到魁北克，必须申请CAQ（ Québec Acceptance Certificate魁北克许可证书）。

如果您已经在魁省学习，打算更换学校，专业，学习层次，需要联系魁省移民局MIFI。

如何在MyCIC account里面更换学校 Change your post-secondary school in your account

You need to let us know any time you change your post-secondary school. To do this, you’ll need:

• an online account
  • If you applied for your study permit on paper, you need to create an account and then link your application.
• your study permit number
  • It begins with the letter “S” and is at the top right of the permit.
  • For security reasons, we may ask you to provide a few details from your application, so have it handy.
• your new school’s designated learning institution (DLI) number
  • You can find it on the list of designated learning institutions.
• your new Student Identification Number (Student ID)
  • You can find it on the acceptance letter your new school sent to you.
• your start date at your new school.

You don’t need a representative to change your DLI, even if you used one to apply for your study permit. You can do this yourself if you have your study permit application details.

Change your school

Follow these steps to change your school:

1. Sign in to your account. 点Sign in with GCKey登陆自己的账户
2. Click Transfer from DLI number under the section Designated Learning Institution Student Transfer .
   
3. Enter your study permit application number and click Search for my application .输入学习许可申请号码（学签上以S开头的号码）
   
4. Enter more details about your original study permit application, if required. This information will help us identify your application.填写更多之前学签申请的信息
   
5. Enter your new DLI number, your new Student ID number, and your start date at your new school. Click Submit transfer .输入新学校的DLI编号，新学校的学生证号码，和开学日期等信息
   
6. Review the details of your transfer. If all the information is correct, click Confirm Transfer 确认转学
   
7. Read the confirmation that your request is complete. This confirms that you’ve notified us that you’ve changed post-secondary schools. Click Go to main account page to return to your account. You can now sign out.转学信息提交完毕
