Acknowledgement of Application for Assessment
This letter acknowledges receipt of your application for a Migration Skills Assessment (MSA) and receipt of the $1000 fee.
As the payment was made through the Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) Online Portal, a receipt would have been issued to the email address used at the time of payment.
Your application for an MSA will be assessed based on the evidence you have provided in your initial and review applications. When the assessment is complete, Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) will send you a letter advising you of the outcome. While we expect that most applications will be assessed within 60 working days, please note that from time to time, TRA experiences an influx in applications which may affect application processing times.
TRA offers a number of different skills assessment services. It is important that you check with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection about the requirements of the visa you are applying for to make sure you have applied for the correct skills assessment program.

When corresponding with TRA, ensure that you include your TRA reference number, full name, and date of birth.
If you find you have applied for the wrong skills assessment program you should advise TRA immediately by email.
