可以保存但可能有丢失，没添上的当然要重填，你还指望移民部帮你填啊。
报道说，系统开放第一天就有4000人注册了…然后无法登陆是非常普遍的状况…然后移民局拒绝承认系统有问题…

Current status – Mon projet Québec
January 8, 2016 – Launched at the beginning of January, the Mon projet Québec secure space allows skilled worker candidates to create an account and complete an application for a Québec selection certificate online.
Due to marked interest in Québec and high traffic on the website, access to Mon projet Québec can be difficult. In fact, to ensure the stability of the secure space, a limited number of users is authorized to connect to the website at the same time. Candidates who obtain an error message are invited to try again later.
Users have also pointed out certain technical errors. We assure you that our teams are continuously working to improve the site’s performance and we thank you for your patience. We welcome your comments and will do everything in our power to improve access to the service as well as its stability.
Application intake
Under the Regular Skilled Worker Program, the Ministère will receive a maximum of 2800 applications over the next application intake period. From now on, applications must be submitted online, using the Mon projet Québec secure space.
Remember that applicants with a valid employment offer in hand or who are temporarily residing in Québec can submit their application at any time through Mon projet Québec.
Candidates under other immigration programs (Programme de l’expérience québécoise, businesspeople, temporary immigration and other categories) must still use the paper version of the forms available on the Ministère’s website.
