加拿大签证中心取签信流程变更

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Your application is now ready for finalization.

Please read carefully all information and instructions set out below and submit your documents accordingly. If you have any questions after reading these instructions, please visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions.asp, select the “Hong Kong” office, and follow the directions for “Case Specific Enquiry.”

PART ONE – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Did your family composition change since our last correspondence?
  • Have you married, or divorced or separated? Have you given birth or
  • adopted a child? Do you intend to get married or divorced prior to
  • becoming a permanent resident? Do you intend to give birth or adopt a
  • child prior to becoming a permanent resident? Has your sponsor
  • withdrawn his or her sponsorship of your application? Have you been
  • the subject of any criminal charges or convictions?

If any of these conditions apply, you must inform us. Failure to declare additional dependants such as a spouse or children before you become a permanent resident could result in the cancellation of your permanent resident visa. Once your file is closed, you would be required to submit a new application and pay new processing fees. Any new application would be assessed under the Act and Regulations in force at the time of its submission.

In the event that you do have additional dependants to add to or remove from your application, you should immediately advise us. You will be asked to submit evidence such as a copy of the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption certificate or a letter advising when and where the marriage, divorce, birth or adoption is expected to take place. Do not undertake any other steps until we indicate that you can proceed with the rest of these instructions.

If none of these conditions applies to you, you may proceed below.

PART TWO – DOCUMENT REQUEST

In order to prepare your application for further processing, the following documentation must be received by our office within 30 days from the date of this letter:

For the principal applicant and all accompanying dependants, please submit:

¨ Your original VALID passport.
· Passports for all accompanying family members must be submitted together.
· There must be at least one blank page in your passport(s). If there are children included in your passport, there must be blank pages for their visas as well.

*Please note: Permanent Resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.

¨ One (1) recent photograph that meets the requirements stated in Appendix A.
¨ Fully completed “Updated Information Chart” in Appendix B.

For the principal applicant and accompanying spouse (if not the sponsor):

¨ If not yet paid: Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). We strongly encourage you to pay your fees online and to submit a copy of your receipt to our office. For information regarding fees and exemptions, please visit: Pay your fees – Immigration and citizenship.

Please submit all passports and documents in one package, with a copy of this letter, within 30 days. Failure to provide the requested documents within this time frame may result in the closure of your application without further notification.

If you reside in the People’s Republic of China, you must submit your package to the Visa Application Centre in Beijing (please note that only the Visa Application Centre in Beijing can be used for Passport Transmission of Permanent Resident applications):

If you choose to not provide a return Xpresspost envelope, your passport(s) will be returned via regular mail (Canada Post Lettermail). Passport(s) will not be returned by private courier. Do not provide any pre-paid courier envelopes; these will not be used.

Visa and Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) Validity
Failure to provide the required document(s) within 30 days from the date of this letter will lead us to conclude that you are no longer interested in immigrating to Canada and your application will be refused. Once the application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. Any new application would be assessed under the Act and Regulations in force at the time of its submission.

You should not make any plans to travel to Canada until you are in possession of your passports and the required visas.

Appendix A – Photograph Specifications

Notes to the applicant
· One recent photo is required for each person.
· Write your application number and the name of each person on the back of their photo. Do not use a ball-point pen. Wait until the ink dries before stacking the photos on top of each other.
· The photos must not be damaged or blemished
· Do not staple glue or pin the photos. Instead, they can be paper-clipped or enclosed in a small envelope.

Notes to the photographer

The photograph must:
· Show a full front view of the person’s head and shoulders, showing their full face centred in the middle of the photograph;
· have a plain white background;
· be identical (black & white or colour) – produced from the same untouched negative, or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
· be produced on single weight matte paper;
· measure between 25mm and 30mm (1” and 1 1/5”) from chin to crown (see diagram);
· have a finished size of 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8” and 1 3/4") (see diagram)

These photograph specifications are NOT the same as passport photograph specifications

自2015年4月中旬开始,中国大陆的申请人移民签证取签流程发生变化,收到取签信后在线支付费用并去签证中心取签,2015年下半年的取签信中要求申请人进一步提供信息及照片:

第一步,需要在收到取签信15天内在线支付登录费(信用卡支付,每人490加币,主副申请两人费用980加币,孩子不用交登录费),然后将电子收据在线上传系统,链接: https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=hong%20kong

第二步,需要在收到取签信30天内将护照原件及其他相关文件邮寄到加拿大签证申请中心或者本人送到加拿大签证申请中心(本人递交速度更快)。加拿大签证中心要收取每本护照递送费(人民币149.5元)和护照回寄快递费(人民币43.4元),贴签费用按照申请人的人头数算的,每人192.9元。如果贴签后申请人本人去取的话,就不用交每本护照回寄快递费。 签证中心收费参考链接: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/china/service_charge_schedule.html

第三步,填写取签信里面要求填写的信息(见上面样本),打印出来填写一起寄到签证中心(新增步骤)。每人要交一张照片,还是3.5*4.5,跟清单里要求一样,照片背面写姓名跟申请号。
