又重新看了下AIM中对于经理类别职业评估的标准,不但对申请人的职位有要求,除需要直接向企业负责人汇报,还要求申请人的下属人数要大于/等于3人(我到这里是符合的)。更苛刻的是下属的3人要求也属于经理级别,并分别再带3个汇报人才可以。

这样的话,即使有CIPS6证书也无用了。

当前该职业不要求职业评估。学历资格和工作合格就可以。

你指的是什么调查,没听说过。

就是说新西兰给offer的时候需要我们需要接受新西兰劳动市场的调查吗?还是只有新西兰雇主要接受市场调查?

那个和申请人没有直接关系。

labour market test 是移民部根据劳动力市场情况进行的,不是针对具体雇主和具体申请人的,理解为针对职业需求更准确。对雇主主要是考察是不是真的努力雇佣境内居民但没找到合适的。对申请人没有 labour market test 调查的概念。INZ 认为 offer 真实,有效,符合下面说明的情况,申请人只需要符合就业条件就可以。

简单说就是,有新西兰公司给你offer,你就接受就可以了。申请新西兰移民基本都会要求面试,但严格来说那不叫 labour market test 调查,这是考察你的综合能力,判断你能不能在新西兰顺利的定居并工作。

Every application under the Essential Skills instructions is subject to a labour market test. This test can be met by either:

  • the position being listed on one of INZ’s Essential Skills in Demand lists (the Immediate Skill Shortage List or the Long Term Skill Shortage List – both of which are reviewed twice a year, or the Canterbury Skill Shortage List) or
  • INZ being satisfied that there are no New Zealanders who can do, or be readily trained to do, the job offered and that the employer concerned has genuinely searched for suitably qualified and trained New Zealand workers.

This often involves INZ consulting with Work and Income on the availability of suitable New Zealand workers. The employer can help with this assessment by listing the position with Work and Income and providing evidence to INZ with the application, of the advertising they have conducted (the more evidence the better). Consultation with Work and Income is compulsory for positions categorised as being skill level 4 or 5, such as horticulture, viticulture, dairy workers, and waiters.

In addition to the labour market test, INZ must be satisfied that the applicant:

  • is qualified by education and/or work experience for the position
  • meets INZ health and character requirements.

When a work visa expires a further visa can be issued on application, provided the employer can prove to INZ that there are still no suitable New Zealand workers available to do the job and that other visa conditions are still being met. When a temporary work visa is issued, there is never a guarantee that a further visa will be granted.

那种说法只是一个理论性的,实际比较宽松,只要雇主坚持,offer就有效。能不能批移民部还会做进一步审核。

目前有4年工作经验,前两年是紧缺行业的国内私企,后两年(目前工作)是紧缺行业的被认可的跨国企业,这样工作经验应该算几年呢,行业加分上应该按照多少呢。谢谢
