EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program no longer accepts credit card statements submitted as evidence of residency in Ontario under the International Masters Graduate Stream.
Applicants may submit other documentation with their applications as evidence they have resided in Ontario for 12 cumulative months in the past 24 months. Supporting documents may include, but are not limited to:
- phone bills, car insurance, house/apartment insurance, hydro or energy bills;
- lease or leasing documents demonstrating residence; and/or
- pay stubs from an Ontario employer, if applicable.
我想问一下 如果在研究生毕业后回国呆了3-4个月 但是在国内期间提交了OINP申请（或者返回加拿大之后提交OINP申请），会对审核有什么影响吗？（比如无法证明充足的intention等？）谢谢啦
不影响。2017年2月后允许在安省或加拿大境外，不能在加拿大其他省份。
OINP 10.11 发布消息说近期会有政策更新，10.12 发布消息说开放硕士和博士类别，
硕士类别不到一小时就满了。上次因为系统原因2天才满。安省硕士类别是不需要雇主offer的，只需要是安省合格的硕士或，毕业不超过2年，2年内在安省居住一年，申请时不在加拿大的其他省份就可以，因此申请人多。
这也再次说明，开放和关闭都是临时的，很多时候都有可能临时放出配额，只有提前准备并能及时获知开放消息才能抢上配额。

This stream will be paused and reopened periodically until the province’s 2018 nomination allocation is fulfilled.

If you have successfully registered for the Masters Graduate Stream and received a confirmation number from the OINP e-Filing Portal, you may continue with your application. You have 14 calendar days to complete and submit your application after registering.

飞出国不是不推荐安省硕士类别，只是已经工作多年的申请人能申请到合格的安省硕士并能顺利毕业的是少数。去加拿大读硕士只适合少数英语好，综合能力强的申请人，而毕业后能否在没有雇主offer的情况下顺利移民还是存在不确定性，毕竟名额有限，政策也会变化。
同样情况的申请人，通过其他途径可能有更多选择。而没条件申请安省硕士的申请人也就不用考虑这个途径。也就是安省硕士留学生移民类别属于小众。
