Before submitting an application:
- Register for a ONe-key account and create an ID and password. A ONe-key account gives you secure access to Ontario Government programs and services.
- Gather all relevant paperwork and supporting documentation required for your application. Any document that is not in English or French must be translated and certified, and notarized if required.
Filling out an online application will take up to two hours to complete. Once you begin, you may save your progress and complete the application at a later time.
The application fee is $1,500. The fee covers the cost of processing your application and is non-refundable once you submit your application. Your fee must be paid online by credit card only (VISA or MasterCard) before your application can be submitted.
Note: Application fees are non-refundable even if an application is withdrawn or refused, as they cover OINP’s cost of processing applications.
