The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) is temporarily opening the Expression of Interest (EOI) process to applicants who have attended an information session in the previous 24 months (since January 30, 2016) and who also are in one of the priority occupations listed below:

  1. Information systems analysts and consultants (2171)
  2. Computer network technician (2281)
  3. Software engineers and designers (2173)
  4. Database analysts and data administrators (2172)
  5. Computer programmers and interactive media developers (2174)
  6. Cooks (6322)
  7. Restaurant and food service managers (0631)
  8. Accounting technicians and bookkeepers (1311)
  9. Managers in health care (0311)
  10. Retail sales supervisors (6211)

申请人需要首先通过email发送 EE 申请，获得邀请后60天内提交资料，NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream (EELMS) 申请费 250 加币。

Send you EOI to the NBPNP Express Entry mailbox at entree.express.entry@gnb.ca, provided you are eligible.

飞出国：2018年6月 NBPNP EELMS 再次调整申请要求，比之前要求放宽了，当前可以申请 NBPNP 的情况：

  • 当前已经在NB工作或已经持有NB job offer，工作需要是 NOC 0，A，B
  • 有18周岁以上的子女，兄弟姐妹，父母，祖父母，姑叔舅姨在NB以永居或公民身份居住一年以上的
  • 法语是第一语言，同时职业属于计算机，厨师，酒店餐饮服务经理，会计出纳，健康护理经理，零售主管

NB job offer 和有 NB 直系亲属的可以申请 NBPNP EELMS 了。

  • individuals currently employed in New Brunswick or with a job offer from a New Brunswick company in a NOC 0, A or B; OR
  • potential applicants who have family living in New Brunswick (principal applicant or spouse has a child, brother, sister, parent, grandparent, uncle or aunt, who is at least 18 years old and has lived in New Brunswick for at least one year as a permanent resident or citizen of Canada); OR
  • potential applicants who demonstrate French as a first language, proven by a Test d’évaluation de français (TEF), and with experience in the occupations below:

2018年5月 NBPNP EELMS 申请要求还是在NB工作的及法语为第一语言的申请人。

Please be reminded that when you submit your EOI form by email, you must put the following text in the subject line: Connection to New Brunswick – Work in NB (listed above). Failure to do so will void your EOI.

We are accepting EOIs from potential applicants who demonstrate French as a first language, proven by a Test d’évaluation de francais (TEF).

NBPNP EELMS 2018年7月23日增加紧缺职业－飞出国

飞出国：NBPNP EELMS 因为是 EE 类别，对境外 FSW 类别首先要满足语言 CLB 7（雅思4个6，法语4个B2），评分 67 分的要求。

然后有NB 0，A，B 职业的 job offer，或有在nb 生活一年以上直系亲属（包括姑叔舅姨，但不包括堂兄弟），或法语作为第一语言（最少4个B2了）且职业紧缺的可以申请 NB EELMS 类别。

另外，NB 也经常在世界各地举行宣讲会（Express Entry - Connection to New Brunswick Event），24个月内参加过宣讲会（且属于下面紧缺职业列表的）的也有机会申请 NB EELMS 移民类别（不需要雇主offer就可以申请）。

飞出国：2018年7月 NBPNP EELMS 增加了紧缺职业清单，增加了下列职业：

  • 0013 财务，通信及其他商业服务高级经理 Senior managers - financial, communications and other business services (0013)
  • 1241 行政助理 或 1222 总经理助理 Administrative assistants (1241) or Executive assistants (1222)
  • 4214 幼儿教育助理 Early childhood educators and assistants (4214)
  • 6222 零售或1225 采购 Retail and wholesale buyers (6222) or Purchasing agents and officers (1225)
  • 1121 人力专员 Human resources professionals (1121)
  • 5125 翻译 Translators, terminologists and interpreters (5125)

其他一直紧缺的职业是业务分析师，网络技术员，软件，数据库，互动媒体开发，厨师，酒店餐饮服务经理，会计及簿记员，健康护理经理，零售主管。
