- Academic Transcript
This is an official document issued by the university you attended that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study. The transcript must include the official stamp of the university.
For Self-Study Programs, Examination Results issued by the provincial Self-Study Examinations Guidance Committee are required in place of an Academic Transcript. The Examination Results must include the official stamp of the Self-Study Committee.
What you need to do:
Provide the document to the following Chinese Ministry of Education-designated agency for verification in English. Ask the agency to send the document directly to WES:
China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC)
- Official English Translation of your Academic Transcript (not required if document is officially issued in English by your university)
Translations must be precise, word-for-word translations done by the university you attended or the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC).
What you need to do:
Have the translation of your academic transcript verified and sent directly to WES by the following Chinese Ministry of Education-designated verification agency:
