雇主担保移民职业评估相关问题

本人本科学的是金融，但是毕业之后却一直从事会计工作至今将近11年。
最近有朋友会在澳洲开公司，想趁这个机会过2年之后申请雇主担保移民。
目前的问题是：
1.如果申请会计这个职业的话，那么是否完全没有办法做职业评估（因为本科不是会计）？
2.由上一点引申出来的，相关的海外工作经验是否也完全无法加分？
3.是否有哪些职业在雇主担保移民中是不需要职业评估的呢？

1 - Yes, you would need a bachelor degree majoring in Accounting.
2 - Without a bachelor degree in Accounting, work experience is irrelevant.
3 - No, all occupations would require skills assessment if you are coming through the direct entry. However, if you are sponsored under the 187 Regional Skilled Migration Scheme, generally speaking, you won’t need skills assessment, unless you are nominated in one of the gazetted occupations.
