飞出国：下面是2017年7月28日后 SINP ， NSNP 和 OINP 三个项目的紧缺职业列表，不需要雇主 Offer 就可以申请的（OINP里ICT职业不需要EE里400分），这些职业的申请人可以选择加拿大省提名项目。其中，NSNP 2017年6月配额已满，OINP ICT 职业不需要400分就能申请的7月25日配额已满，只能先准备等机会。萨省紧缺职业是7月28日最新版，但工程师，IT和医护，技工等职业都需要萨省注册才可以申请，对没有注册要求的需要尽快准备抢配额。

2017年曼省将下面职业作为紧缺，因为面向的是低端职业，飞出国没有将这些职业放到加拿大紧缺职业列表里。
