推荐信是否就是材料要求中的：“state of secvive”?
看材料要求是直属的主管、人力主管或者经理来签字？
那么不是直属的其他领导可以吗？
还有假如直属领导的英文很烂，是不是也是问题呀？
The statement of service should be prepared by people who can attest to the contents of the letter, i.e., those who knows what you actually do in your role. Preferably, it should be done by the person you report to or someone in the HR. If the letter can’t be in English, it should be done in Chinese, and have it translated into English. The more important thing is the letter must reflect what is contained in the ANZSCO Occupation Dictionary.
