Significant Investor stream: permanent visa nomination requirements
To be eligible for visa nomination under the subclass 888 permanent visa - Significant Investor stream, Victorian nominated subclass 188 provisional visa holders must meet the following conditions:
Investment: demonstrate that complying investments have provided benefit to the Victorian economy. Evidence may include: holding statements, investment records and eligible business documents.
Residency: show a genuine commitment to establishing a residence in Victoria during the subclass 188 provisional visa period.

The visa nomination application form for the Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888) – Significant Investor stream will be available on the Live in Victoria website in early 2017.
Notification of arrival in Victoria
Victorian nominated Significant Investor visa holders, or their representatives, must advise the Victorian Government when the primary visa holder has first arrived in Victoria. This notification is a mandatory visa nomination condition and must be lodged within one month of arriving in Victoria by emailing: businessmigration@liveinvictoria.vic.gov.au
