请问如果我的上一家公司雇佣我的经理已经离职了,但是前同事还在那家公司,我现在既可以找到前经理,又可以找到前同事,那么是不是找前同事在推荐信上签字更合适?如果是前同事签字,我看到评估的guideline里面有下面这两段话,是不是说如果是同事签字那么要准备下面三个材料的其中之一?谢谢
