请问什么不算呢？是因为diploma 读在degree之后吗？我也有个问题想请教一下，3年的degree因为我有1个diploma做的credit transfer，学院让我2年读完。可以算双专业吗？
常见的双学历的情况是4年及以上本科且拿到双学位，本科学位后拿到研究生文凭，3年专科学历后2年本科或专科后读的硕士（没有学位）。如果有硕士或博士学位，那么二学历也就没有意义了。
如果前面读了本科学位，前面或后面读过技校或1年专科文凭这种就不属于被认可情况了。

所以我读了1年的专科后再读2年本科就是等于3年本科？然后再拿一个Graduate Certificate,就等于双学位吗？那一定要读回一样的科系吗？
1年专＋2年本不等于3年本科。科系不要求相同。
从得分上看，双学历是介于一个3年制学历和硕士学历之间的学历层次。
对不起，可能我讲的不够清楚。那个本科是3年制的，只是我已经有1年的专科所以学院让我读2年毕业。这种算吗？也不知道WES那边要怎样去跟他们解释，因我一年级是专科的成绩，二年级和三年纪是本科成绩。谢谢你！
