我看澳洲的技术移民职业列表里面有律师的选项
但是 澳洲和国内 是欧美法系和大陆法系的区别 相差很大。
我想咨询下 国内律师是否可以套用这个职业列表的职业进行申请？
是否有前辈这么走过？多谢
没碰到过中国律师通过技术员成功移民澳洲的案例，仅是国内的律师没法通过澳洲的律师职业认证，其次也少有州担保。
一般来说，律师职业需要有澳洲律师相关学历并在澳洲境内有雇主才可以申请。
Hi, unfortunately that’s is not an option. Chinese qualifications are not recognised. In order to be admitted, one has to study all 14 core subjects. Foreign lawyers must be sponsored to work under supervision, that requires a 457 standard business sponsor. The challenge is finding a law firm that will sponsor you. King Wood Mallesons Australia has previously sponsored, but those were intra company transfers.
