魁北克技术移民常规类别 RSWP（Regular Skilled Worker Program） 下次配额 5000 即将开放，只能使用 Mon projet Québec secure space 提交（可以提前填写在线申请，开放时才能提交），持有有效魁省雇主offer及当前在魁北克留学工作的申请人按 RSWP 类别申请时不受配额限制，可以随时提交（submit）申请。

The use of the Mon projet Québec secure space is mandatory for anyone submitting an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (Québec selection certificate) under the Regular Skilled Worker Program.
The maximum number of applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec received under the Regular Skilled Worker Program will be 5000 for the next intake period. We encourage you to regularly consult our site to find out the dates of this period, which will be announced at a later date.
If you have a job offer validated by the Ministère or you are a temporary resident of Québec and are authorized to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec, you may do so at any time.
