PR获签后，要求在五年内累计住满两年，但是五年内住不满两年怎么办？
1. PR签证是五年有效期，首登激活后，就是PR身份，这个五年指的是签证有效期，即可以持有该签证在五年内出入境；签证到期后，如果要再出入境，则需要重新申请签证，这个签证指的就是RRV（Resident return visa, 155或者157）；也就是说一般情况下，只要PR身份不被取消（取消只能是DIBP取消），那么PR的身份是一直有效的，只不过要出入境的话，需要有一个签证，也就是移民局所说的travel facility，下面所说的155和157签证的有效期也就是这个travel facility的有效期
The Resident Return visa (subclasses 155 and 157) is for current or former Australian permanent residents and former Australian citizens who want to travel overseas and return to Australia as permanent residents.
The Resident Return visa will let you keep or regain your status as an Australian permanent resident.
Only Australian citizens have an automatic right of entry to Australia. All non-citizens need a visa that allows them to enter and remain in Australia.

2.五年内能住满两年，可以直接申请RRV签证，签发的是五年有效期的155签证
If you have lived in Australia for at least two years of the past five years and are granted a Subclass 155 Resident Return visa it will have a five year travel facility from date of grant.
3.如果五年内没有住满两年，能提供足够与澳大利亚的有益联系（列举如下），签发的是一年有效期的155签证
If you are granted a Subclass 155 Resident Return visa on the basis of your substantial ties of benefit to Australia, then your travel facility will be for a year from the date of the grant.
- 商业联系business ties: 在澳洲有经营公司，公司有盈利
- 文化联系cultural ties: 一般针对的是文学，艺术，体育，宗教类的贡献，比如在澳洲发表出版，是澳洲某文化协会成员，艺术表演的证明等等
- 工作联系employment ties: 目前在澳洲工作，或者有正式澳洲offer，或者是由澳洲公司雇佣但是在海外工作
- 个人联系personal ties: 曾经与澳洲公民身份的配偶居住在一起，亲属或者个人资产在澳洲
4.如果五年内没有住满两年，但是有家庭成员持有155签证或者该家庭成员够条件获批155签证，签发的是一年或者少于一年有效期的155签证
If you are granted a Subclass 155 Resident Return visa because you are a family member of a person who holds a Subclass 155, or who has also applied for Resident Return Visa and satisfies criteria for grant, then your travel facility will be for either a year or less than a year from date of grant.
5. 如果五年内没有住满两年，且不满足以上提到的情况，签发的是3个月有效期的157签证
If you are granted a Subclass 157 visa the travel facility will be for 3 months from date of grant.
