请问大家，刚刚收到了NZQA的预认证（PAR)通过的邮件，是否可以直接提交EOI了呢？还是必须先做完IQA的完整学历认证之后，才能提交EOI呢？ 跪谢大神！
有 NZQA Pre-Assessment Result (PAR) 就可以提交 EOI，获得 ITA 邀请后才需要 IQA 。

The IQA will give you a report of how your international qualification fits into the New Zealand system, while the PAR is only an indication.
If you’re immigrating to New Zealand, the first stage in this process is often an ‘Expression of Interest’ with Immigration NZ, for which you may need to complete a PAR. After the Expression of Interest stage, you may receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ – and this is when you would come to NZQA to complete the IQA and establish where your qualification fits in the New Zealand context. Once you have an IQA, your PAR is no longer valid.
