加拿大CES(Comparative Education Service)，即加拿大对等学历认证服务机构。
CES是多伦多大学继续教育学院的一个部门，在2013年4月17日，被加拿大公民、移民和多元文化部指定为加拿大教育认证评估机构（ECA - Educational Credential Assessments）。
CES主要提供以下目的的学历认证：
- 移民
- 普通用途：工作、留学、注册或其他普通用途
General Use ：For Employment, To Further Education, Licensure and Other General Purposes
CES 认证完成后：
- CES会出2份评估报告，一份用于移民申请，一份给申请人自己保留。2份原件都是直接寄给申请人，CES不会代替申请人寄给移民局。
- CES会提供一份报告电子版备份（非正式）。
- CES报告的电子版会被保存到安全的数据，只有CIC可以浏览。
