新西兰工作签证(中国技术人才类别)China Skilled Workers Category (Visa)

中国技术工人政策仅适用于中华人民共和国公民。这一政策的产生是基于2008年签署的中新自由贸易协定。这个政策下的签证只签发给下面所述职业。

1.针对人群

中国公民且身体健康,无犯罪记录;有下列职业的全职工作offer,并具有相关的学历和工作资质。

To be eligible, you will need to:

  • Meet health and character requirements
  • Provide evidence of a full-time job offer in one of the occupations listed below, and
  • Provide evidence that you meet any qualification requirements that apply to your occupation


2.现有配额

该政策下在同一时点的签证总数为1000个。目前仍有配额, 但每种职业最多签发100个签证。

3.优点

  • 无需进行劳动力市场调查:对于工作签证的申请新西兰移民局通常先要核查是否有新西兰公民或永久居民可以从事该项工作。但是申请中国技术工人政策下的工作签证则没有此项要求
  • 快速的审理:这是因为新西兰移民局不需要进行耗费时间的劳动力市场调查工作
  • 可以转办其他类别的签证,包括定居签证: 持有中国技术工人政策下的工作签证,申请人,在签证到期后可以选择申请其他类别的签证。 比如,可以考虑通过技术移民类申请定居签证。
  • 签证的最长有效期为三年:根据申请人的工作录用通知所显示的工作期限长短,中国技术工人政策下的工作签证的有效期最长为三年。如果您最初的签证有效期不到三年,您可以申请将签证的有效期延长到三年
  • 没有最低英文能力的要求

6.中国技术人才类别工作签证申请费

在中国技术人才类别工作签证的费用(2015 年 12 月7 日更新的):

  • 申请费RMB1530元
  • 申请人需要向签证中心支付签证服务费225元人民币
  • 需要邮寄护照而非亲自前往签证中心取件的申请人,需要支付每本护照人民币50元的邮费

The Test Analyst reports directly to a Senior Test Analyst or Test Manager and is primarily responsible for the execution of the test scripts. They also assist in the preparation and reporting of the required testing for an application, working under supervision as part of a multi-disciplined team and providing guidance to more junior members.

The Test Analyst will be responsible for the day to day management of themselves. Specific roles include the preparation of detailed test scripts, test execution, collation of test evidence and the production of testing reports. Needs an understanding of test strategies and testing approaches. Must be able to work to deadlines.

To fulfil either a functional or a technical test role.

The Test Analyst has a responsibility for developing and maintaining good working relationships with project staff, users and suppliers. As well as selling and promoting the benefits of using the testing service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute test scripts and the observation & recording of test results.
  • Identifying and logging of any faults
  • Maintenance and retention of test results & execution logs
  • Creation of tests for retest of corrected defects or changed requirements
  • Set-up and initialisation of the test bed, back-up & recovery of the test bed
  • Work effectively within a multi-supplier environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of test tools, methods and techniques as appropriate for level and specific job role.

To assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts.

To ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.

To prepare and maintain test plans for use on automated testing tools.

To prepare a test plan and test scripts to test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.

To provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.

To provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes.

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Experience in Transactional eCommerce (retail) and hybris.
  • Thorough knowledge of structured test methods and processes.
  • Proven experience of testing complex user interfaces.
  • Detailed knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing.
  • Experience of testing using an automated test tool such as QA Run or Winrunner.
  • Experience of testing Windows Software Applications / Database applications produced using VB, C#, Access, SQL Server.
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
  • Careful attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE:

This role requires a candidate with some general IT and SW testing or QA experience. A process and QA oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years general IT and some experience in a Service Delivery QA or testing role. Working knowledge of CIS management processes and procedures is desired, as is a good understanding of both old and new Centrica systems and chosen technologies.

Experience of using the Test Director tool, especially fault reporting is preferred.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to communicate clearly in all situations.
  • A high level of written and numerical skills
  • Able to work as an effective team member
  • Able to work under pressure and tight time scales
  • Awareness of Quality and testing techniques
  • Shows high level of initiative and makes time available to ensure general technical competencies and specialisations are kept up to date in line with industry development and departmental policy.
