本人2010年来到澳洲直到现在，
有雅思四个六，
有以下学历：
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,
Master of Professional Accounting
Master of International Trade and Commerce Law
在悉尼的私立College(读Diploma课程的学院）有2年以上的当trainer（教授Diploma的任课老师）的工作经验。
现在想请问各位大大几个问题：
1.偏远地区雇主担保（subclass 187）如果提名Vocational Education Teacher的话，以上学历够不够资格？
2.187的偏远地区雇主担保，Vocational Education Teacher需不需要技术评估？
3.如果需要技术评估的话，具体有什么要求？或者可以发链接。
